Sacred Art Show Friday and Saturday...

I've sent a glass case of my religious jewelry to be part of the Sacred Art Show (click HERE for details) this weekend, at the Blessed John Center (37th and Sheridan, next to the Cathedral).

These items will be available for sale, but if you need the "Sarah-touch" to make your necklace/bracelet just-right, you can bring it to me NEXT weekend, to my open studio hours, Thursday May 5 (10-3 and 5-8) or Friday May 6 (10-3).

The idea was to show my workbench (and ME) during the process of working with both glass and silver.

...Open Wednesday April 20 (5-8)

Remember that I am open this Wednesday evening, from 5-8.

Exciting is the fact that I finished ALL of the custom orders that were placed April 7-9 (and previously!).

You can pick those up, and I'm going to open the studio that evening for some shopping (hooray!) and will have "gift-is-on-the-way" cards available (if you missed my Mother's Day order date!).

Easter and then away on business, so I won't be opening up the studio again until May 5-6, when I'll have MORE extended open studio times.

I'll be unable to answer any requests during that interim, and PLEASE don't plan on my family being able to set out orders in the drop box...just imagine...

I don't think THAT'S going to happen! I don't want you to be disappointed :)

But I'll be ready with all sorts of new FUN when the studio opens May 5-6 ;P

After the Mother's Day Open House last weekend, I'm busily filling special orders for everyone who made their requests for gifties...

Remember, your orders will be ready for pick-up Wednesday April 20 (5-8), and then again on Thursday May 5 (10-3 and 5-8) and Friday May 6 (10-3).

I'll be away on business right after Easter until those open May dates, so I won't be answering e-mails, and won't be setting orders out in my drop box...

If you missed the order dates, you can still shop May 5 & 6

...I'll have some pretty "gift is on the way" certificates made to give in lieu of a finished charm :)

Studio Open House...

The Studio Open House will be this week... I wanted to have PLENTY of time to get all of the gifties done in time for Mother's Day. So here are the hours...

Thursday April 7 (10-2), you know ME, I'll be tweaking my displays and putting out even MORE pretties ;P

Friday April 8 (10-3 and 5-8...I added the bonus evening hours!)

Saturday April 9 (10-3)

LOTS of glass and silver, including the new charm keepers.

This show is also the cut-off date for orders ready in time for Mother's Day...

I will have everything ready for 3 pick-up options...

Wednesday April 20 (5-8)...pick-ups only, no shopping at this time

Thursday May 5 (10-3 & 5-8) and Friday May 6 (10-3) Stop & Shop

Saturday May 7 at Rockbrook Village in Omaha from 10-5 for their Spring Fever Arts and Crafts event!

The studio and our family will be in whirlwind mode from Easter until the May 5/6 Stop & Shop, so I'll be unavailable for any requests or calls (even to put orders in my drop box)...

So...if you are going to be unable to come and pick up your orders, I will be making ONE trip to the post office on April 20th, to make sure your pretties make it in time for gift-giving. Just let me know when you place your order, and we'll take care of those details!

So much is happening in the studio, but I'll share it AFTER this show :) Whew!
